"I’ve been a customer for over twenty years and filed my first claim on my house, the last major wind storm damaged my roof, taking over a quarter of my singles off. State Farm didn’t send anyone out until three weeks after I filed a claim. Once the adjuster came on they quoted me $3000 to replace only half my roof. My contractor and I have both emailed and called them explaining more work is required to repair the roof correctly. Sate Farm refuses to compromise even when my contractor stated what needs done is according to State code. The last set of emails from my contractor and me that was sent last week have been met with no response. Today I called today to get an update and was sent to voicemail. I am extremely disappointed in the service, response time and care State Farm has offered so far. It has been 2.5 months since I filed my claim and they keep giving me the run around."
